Their specialization lies in the adept application of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) methodologies.
Our staff members transcend the role of caregivers; they are educators in every sense. Each staff member brings with them a wealth of experience in delivering in-home and community-based support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. To ensure the highest standards, our staff undergoes ongoing training, covering our organization’s protocols and guidelines and the intricacies of ABA methods tailored to each client.
